An overview of the Funslope Wagrain

The SOKO Funslope Wagrain has been designed following a very particular principle: the waves, steep turns and obstacles are integrated into the hillside so that you can enjoy every one of the 30 elements in one downhill run.

The following elements are built into the SOKO Funslope Wagrain:

  • Waves
  • Steep turns
  • Tunnel
  • Jumps
  • Boxing
  • Giant snail

When you’ve done it once, you’ll be infected with Funslope fever! And when you’ve practised it a few times and the Funslope downhill only brings a tired little smile to your face, then it’s time to head over to the Snowpark Alpendorf. Even you will feel a fresh adrenaline kick over there!

...and how do I get there?

From Wagrain, it's best to take the Grafenbergbahn up the mountain. From there, piste no. 24 takes you to Sonntagskogelbahn 1. Then you take piste no. 25 (blue) and from there you can turn directly into the Wagrain Funslope.

If you come from St. Johann - Alpendorf, the Alpendorf gondola and the Obergassalmbahn will take you to the summit of the Gernkogel. There you take piste no. 33 to the Sonntagskogelbahn 3 before you take piste no.26 to the Sonntagskogelbahn 1. Once you have arrived at the mountain station of the Sonntagskogelbahn 1, piste no.25 (blue) leads you directly to the start of the Funslope Wagrain.

Coming from Flachau you take the Achterjet and the Starjet 3 up the mountain, before you go down the Grießenkar on piste no.17 to the G-Link Wagrain. If you have commuted over to Grafenberg with the G-Link, the Grafenberg Express 2 will take you up to the summit. From there it goes down on piste no. 24 to the Sonntagskogelbahn 1 valley station. When you arrive at the summit station of the Sonntagskogelbahn 1, you only need to follow piste no. 25 (blue) to get to the Funslope Wagrain .
