MYPEAKS Club
MYPEAKS is much more than just a simple customer club.
When you register, you automatically take part in both trophy formats – the 12 PEAKS Trophy and the 5 PEAKS Touring Trophy. You will also receive your daily skiing kilometres, completed skimovies and photo points directly on your smartphone. On top of that, you can enjoy exclusive benefits such as special ski pass offers.

MYPEAKS is more than just a simple customer club. When you register, you not only receive exclusive benefits and your ski diary by email and in your own personal MYPEAKS gallery, but you also automatically take part in two of our challenges in the ski resort – without having to register separately.
The 12 PEAKS Trophy BLACK: Conquer all 12 peaks in Snow Space Salzburg and Zauchensee in just one day of skiing.
The 5 PEAKS Touring Trophy: Collect as many vertical meters as possible on the marked ski touring routes in Wagrain, St. Johann/Alpendorf, Eben im Pongau, Altenmarkt, and Radstadt. At the end of the season, the winners will receive great prizes from our official touring partner Atomic.
If you have registered your ski pass with the MYPEAKS Club, your achievements will be recorded automatically.
No. When you register with the MYPEAKS Club, you are automatically activated for all available challenges. You can decide at any time whether and which challenge you want to actively pursue.
Register either directly when purchasing your ski pass at the Snow Space Salzburg ticket shop or enter your details in the registration form at mypeaks.snow-space.com.
Your ski pass number is printed on the front of your ski pass. It begins with 1- or 12- and is divided into four sections (e.g., 1-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX). The fields are already divided in the MYPEAKS registration form. Simply enter your ski pass number section by section, and it will be automatically transferred correctly.
You will find the data carrier ID on the back of your keycard (data carrier), your MYPEAKS Card, or Ski amadé Friends Card. To register your ski pass using the data carrier number, you will need the 20-digit number after (0)1-.
When registering with the data carrier ID, you will also need the first day of validity of your ski pass.
For day and multi-day tickets, your first day of validity is your (first) day on the slopes. For Ski amadé ALL-IN Cards, the following applies for the 2025/26 season:
- Purchases up to and including October 11, 2025: first day of validity is October 11, 2025
- Purchases after October 11, 2025: first day of validity is the date of purchase of the ski pass
If you are unsure of the date on which you purchased your ski pass, you can find this information on your receipt or—for online purchases made in the Snow Space Salzburg ticket shop—in your ticket shop account under "My account" --> "Order history" --> "View".

If you are loading your ski pass onto an old data carrier (keycard), the MYPEAKS Card, or the Ski amadé Friends Card, the easiest way is to add the ski pass using the data carrier ID on the back and the first day of validity.
Alternatively, you can find your ski pass number on your purchase receipt or in the order confirmation for your ticketshop purchase. It is also available in your Snow Space Salzburg ticketshop account under "My Account" --> "Order History" --> "View".
Unfortunately, for SuperSkiCards we do not automatically receive all data in our system, so registration via the form is currently not possible. However, we can easily add the missing data manually and assign the desired ski pass to your account.
Simply send us a short message with your ski pass or data carrier ID via snow-space.com/contact, selecting the category "Questions about MYPEAKS." We will be happy to assist you.
Please first check your entry for typos or transposed digits.
If you purchased your ski pass outside of Snow Space Salzburg (e.g., via the Ski amadé ticketshop) and have not yet visited our ski resort, your ski pass may not yet be in our system.
However, you can already register with MYPEAKS without a ski pass and simply add it after your first lift ride.
If you purchased your ski pass via the Snow Space Salzburg online ticketshop or if an email address is already stored in your customer file, the ski pass will automatically be assigned to your account in our system.
Do you already have a MYPEAKS account?
Then you can easily have a so-called "Magic Link" sent to your gallery and profile:
1. Go to mypeaks.snow-space.com
2. Under "Are you already registered for the MYPEAKS Club?", click on "Yes."
3. Enter your registered email address and click on "Send."
4. You will shortly receive an email with direct access to your gallery and profile.
Not registered with MYPEAKS yet?
Then you can register without a ski pass. Simply click on "Remove person" in the registration form and submit your registration. You will then receive an email to confirm your registration. You can now view your statistics, photos, videos, and achievements in the 12 PEAKS Trophy and the 5 PEAKS Touring Trophy via the MYPEAKS gallery.
Yes, registration is also possible without a ski pass. To do so, go to mypeaks.snow-space.com, open the registration form, enter your details, and click on "Remove person" in the ski pass section. You can then submit your registration without a ski pass.
You can add your ski pass later at any time via your profile.
If you registered for MYPEAKS after your day of skiing in Snow Space Salzburg, it may take some time for all the data to appear in your gallery. Please be patient and check back in a few hours.
If you are already registered with the MYPEAKS Club and would like to access your gallery, please proceed as follows:
1. Go to mypeaks.snow-space.com
2. Under "Are you already registered for the MYPEAKS Club?", click on "Yes."
3. Enter your registered email address and click on "Send."
4. You will shortly receive an email with direct access to your gallery and profile.
If you are already registered with the MYPEAKS Club and would like to access your gallery or add new ski passes to your profile, please proceed as follows:
1. Go to mypeaks.snow-space.com
2. Under "Are you already registered for the MYPEAKS Club?", click on "Yes."
3. Enter your registered email address and click on "Send."
4. You will shortly receive an email with direct access to your gallery and profile.
Click on the link to your "Preference Center" – there you can add additional ski passes and manage your personal data.
