Skiing & culinary delights 2021/22 with star chef Nelson Müller

It is obvious that a stop for a break is just as much part of an enjoyable skiing day as carving over the slopes themselves. That's why Snow Space Salzburg not only connects the pistes, but also the two themes of skiing and culinary delights.

Star chef Nelson Müller will create a dish exclusively for Wagrain-Kleinarl, which will be cooked throughout the winter in selected ski huts, using exactly the same recipe and exactly the same ingredients from "Bio aus dem Tal" (an organic food company), which Nelson Müller himself uses.

On 18 March 2022, just in time for the sunny pleasures of the late skiing season, a live cooking event will take place at the Schüttalm in Kleinarl. Thanks to the new Panorama Link connecting lift, you can ride directly from Snow Space Salzburg over to the Shuttleberg Kleinarl-Flachauwinkl and take part in this delightful event.

About star chef Nelson Müller

The German celebrity chef Nelson Müller has not only already earned himself a Michelin star, but is also known from popular TV cooking shows, including "Die Küchenschlacht" on ZDF. He now runs 2 internationally renowned restaurants and his own cooking school. You can taste his sensitivity and passion, which also applies to music, with every bite of his delicious creations.

About host chef Rudi Pichler

Rudi Pichler comes from Kleinarl and is a much sought-after local chef. His aim is to create an awareness of the value of food and its origin, ideas which inspired him, together with a friend, to make a film. "Lehrling der Zeit" (“An Apprentice of his Time”) is a film about the importance of food in the post-war period.
