Skiing & culinary delights 2021/22 with star chef Nelson Müller
It is obvious that a stop for a break is just as much part of an enjoyable skiing day as carving over the slopes themselves. That's why Snow Space Salzburg not only connects the pistes, but also the two themes of skiing and culinary delights.
Star chef Nelson Müller will create a dish exclusively for Wagrain-Kleinarl, which will be cooked throughout the winter in selected ski huts, using exactly the same recipe and exactly the same ingredients from "Bio aus dem Tal" (an organic food company), which Nelson Müller himself uses.
On 18 March 2022, just in time for the sunny pleasures of the late skiing season, a live cooking event will take place at the Schüttalm in Kleinarl. Thanks to the new Panorama Link connecting lift, you can ride directly from Snow Space Salzburg over to the Shuttleberg Kleinarl-Flachauwinkl and take part in this delightful event.
