    Opening times in Flachau

    If you spend you free time in Flachau at Snow Space Salzburg, you get to enjoy a natural paradise, breath-taking mountain views and authentic Austrian hospitality – no matter if you’re visiting in summer or winter.

    2018/2019 season information

    • Start of 2018/2019 winter season: December 1, 2018
    • End of 2018/2019 winter season: April 22, 2019

    Operating hours of Flachau cable cars

    • from season start until February: daily from 8:30 to 16:00
    • from February: daily from 8:30 to 16:15
    • Ticket offices: daily from 8:00 to 16:30 

    Summer operation 2019

    The chair lifts Starjet 1 and 2 are in operation in Flachau for Sommerliftler.

    • 30th May to 6th October 2019: daily from 9am to 5pm

    Piste closure Snow Space Salzburg - Flachau

    In the Snow Space Salzburg ski area use of the pistes outside of opening hours is strictly forbidden! 

    Bergbahnen Flachau advises all users of the slopes that slope areas that have been CORDONED OFF by means of a net or barrier tape may not be skied on at all for your own safety!

    ATTENTION DANGER!
    Pursuant to Section 30 of the Salzburg Provincial Security Act, the slopes lying in the Griessenkar ski area (Flachau municipality at Snow Space Salzburg) are closed from 6.00 p.m. to 8.30 a.m. due to cable winch preparation.
